Cancellation Policy

Please read though these terms and conditions. By making a booking, you agree to all the following terms and conditions. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class. There is no admission after the start time, so as to avoid disruption to attendees. Yogandi are not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings. The use of mobile phones, video cameras or other recording equipment is not permitted at any time. Before the start of class, students must inform the instructor of any relevant physical or medical conditions, including pregnancy, or personal concerns. You agree to the following for any classes provided in-person, on-line or recorded. I am in good health and have no medical injury or conditions that would prevent me from taking part in classes provided by Yogandi. I will inform you of any impairment in writing. I understand it is my continuing responsibility to inform Yogandi of any current or previous medical issues, surgeries, injuries and such like before class. I understand that classes provided by Yogandi may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily agree to take park in then with full knowledge that there is risk of property loss, personal injury or death. I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical treatment, and that I should consult a physician before beginning any activity. I understand it is my responsibility to advise the instructor of any injury or other ailments that may obstruct my participation, and I will not perform any practices to the extent of pain or strain. I accept that neither the instructor, or the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from taking a class. During any class it is important that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day, and if you feel discomfort or pain that you mindfully come out of the posture. At any stage during the class you are welcome to take rest. Those under 18 must have written permission from a parent or guardian. Booking a class means that I have read the terms and conditions and that I am in full agreement and happy to proceed. Please be mindful when parking, no parking allowed in front of the retail units.
